The delivery of the shoes was excellent - I got them the next day at no extra charge. However, the shoes they sent were defective - the insole was not properly glued. I did not want to pay $81 for a pair of shoes that was not finished correctly. I returned them to find out that they did not have any more size 10 shoes. They tried to locate them on line for me from another vendor but to no avail.
